Before installation, first make good plans and prepare materials. Determine the installation location clearly, measure the dimensions accurately, and decide the length and height of the iron fence according to actual needs. During installation, first carry out positioning. According to the planned position, use a marking line or markers to determine the installation baseline of the iron fence to ensure the position is accurate. Then install the columns. Drill holes at the marked positions, and the depth should meet the requirements of the expansion screws. Put the columns into the holes and tighten the expansion screws to fix them. Note that the columns should be kept vertical and can be measured and calibrated with a level.
Then install the horizontal bars and vertical bars. Connect the horizontal bars to the columns. If the welding method is used, ensure that the welding is firm and there are no virtual welds or missed welds. If connectors are used, the screws need to be tightened. The installation of the vertical bars is the same. Fix them in turn according to the designed spacing to ensure that each vertical bar is firmly installed and the spacing is uniform.
Finally, carry out overall adjustment and inspection. After the installation is completed, check whether the iron fence is stable and whether there are any loose parts. Make fine adjustments and reinforcements to the uneven or unstable parts. At the same time, clean up the debris and iron filings generated during the installation process to keep the installation area clean.
